For the Baked Garlic Parmesan Shrimp
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
For Serving
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp and toss to coat them evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the shrimp in a single layer on a baking dish. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the shrimp.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
