Method
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. Refrigerate for about 5 minutes, or until it thickens.
- Step 2: In a separate large bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the prepared vanilla pudding until well combined.
- Step 3: Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee, making sure not to soak them. Layer half of the dipped ladyfingers in the bottom of a glass dish or individual serving cups. Spread half of the vanilla pudding mixture over the ladyfingers. Layer half of the banana slices on top of the pudding.
- Step 4: Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers on top of the bananas. Spread the remaining vanilla pudding mixture over the ladyfingers. Top with the remaining banana slices.
- Step 5: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Step 6: Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings if desired. Enjoy your delicious Banana Pudding Tiramisu!
Notes
To keep your Banana Pudding Tiramisu fresh, store it covered in the refrigerator. It will last for up to 3 days, but trust me, it is best enjoyed within the first couple of days when the flavors are at their peak!
