Ingredients

For the Blackstone Salmon Bites
  • 1 lb salmon fillet skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
For serving
  • lemon wedges

Equipment

  • Blackstone Griddle
  • Bowl
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Step 1: Start by cutting the salmon fillet into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  2. Step 2: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything well. Add the salmon pieces to the bowl and gently toss to coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Step 3: Preheat your Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  4. Step 4: Once the griddle is hot, place the marinated salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Step 5: Remove the salmon bites from the griddle, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

These salmon bites are best enjoyed fresh, but if you have leftovers, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
