Method
- Step 1: In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add the Cajun seasoning and stir well to dissolve.
- Step 2: Add the chicken wings to the boiling water and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until they are fully cooked.
- Step 3: While the wings are boiling, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4: Stir in the lemon juice and hot sauce (if using), then season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
- Step 5: Once the wings are cooked, carefully remove them from the pot and let them drain in a colander.
- Step 6: Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the wings on the grill or a baking sheet.
- Step 7: Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- Step 8: Remove the wings from the grill or oven and toss them in the Cajun butter sauce until well coated.
- Step 9: Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley. Enjoy your flavorful feast!
Notes
Store any leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven for 10-15 minutes to regain that crispy texture.
