- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). While it's heating, grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil.
- Step 2: In your greased baking dish, layer the sliced zucchinis evenly across the bottom.
- Step 3: Spread the shredded chicken over the zucchini layer, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Pour the marinara sauce over the chicken, ensuring it covers everything nicely.
- Step 5: Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper over the sauce for that extra flavor boost.
- Step 6: Top it all off with shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Step 7: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Step 8: After 25 minutes, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Step 9: Allow it to cool slightly before serving.

Leftovers will last in the refrigerator for about 3-4 days. You can also freeze it for up to 2 months.
