  • 2 lb chicken wings A classic choice that everyone loves.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika for a hint of smokiness
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juice of to brighten up the richness of the butter

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, chives, thyme, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  3. Step 3: Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated with the butter mixture.
  4. Step 4: Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Step 5: Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Step 6: Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.

Notes

Store any leftover wings in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
