  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken can use rotisserie chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil can use dried basil if fresh isn't available
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
For Serving
  • Tortilla chips, pita chips, or sliced baguette

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Step 3: Add the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
