  • 8 oz Boursin cheese garlic & herb
  • 1 cup fresh spinach chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your salmon bakes perfectly.
