Method
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures your salmon bakes perfectly.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the Boursin cheese, heavy cream, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Step 3: In a baking dish, drizzle olive oil over the bottom. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
- Step 4: Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Spread the Boursin cheese mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Step 6: Scatter the chopped spinach and halved cherry tomatoes around the salmon in the baking dish.
- Step 7: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the salmon and vegetables.
- Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 9: Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley.
- Step 10: Serve hot and enjoy your creamy Boursin salmon bake!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Just reheat gently in the oven or microwave, and it will still taste fantastic!
