- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Step 4: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.

- Step 6: Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using).
- Step 7: Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish, ensuring it is evenly pressed against the sides.
- Step 8: Pour the cookie dough mixture into the prepared pie crust, spreading it evenly.
- Step 9: Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set.
- Step 10: Allow the cookie pie to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
