Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Cups
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed Twix bars

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Step 3: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Step 5: Divide the cookie dough evenly among the muffin tin cups, pressing the dough down slightly.
  6. Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes.
  7. Step 7: Create a small indentation in the center of each cookie cup using the back of a spoon.
  8. Step 8: Fill each indentation with caramel sauce.
  9. Step 9: Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel-filled cookie cups.
  10. Step 10: Top with crushed Twix bars and allow to set before serving.

Notes

Store your Twix Cookie Cups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you want to keep them longer, you can refrigerate them for up to a week.
