- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Step 3: Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Step 5: Divide the cookie dough evenly among the muffin tin cups, pressing the dough down slightly.
- Step 6: Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes.
- Step 7: Create a small indentation in the center of each cookie cup using the back of a spoon.
- Step 8: Fill each indentation with caramel sauce.
- Step 9: Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the caramel-filled cookie cups.
- Step 10: Top with crushed Twix bars and allow to set before serving.
Notes
Store your Twix Cookie Cups in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If you want to keep them longer, you can refrigerate them for up to a week.
