- Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the plain yogurt and cornstarch.
- Step 2: Stir the mixture together until it forms a thick, sticky dough. You might need to use your hands to really get in there!
- Step 3: If desired, add vanilla extract for flavor and mix well.
- Step 4: If you want to add color, divide the dough into portions and add a few drops of food coloring to each portion. Knead the dough until the color is evenly distributed.
- Step 5: Once the dough is well mixed and has reached a putty-like consistency, it's ready to play with!
- Step 6: Store any leftover edible silly putty in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
