Method
- Step 1: Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Make sure they are completely dry for the chocolate to adhere properly.
- Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Be careful not to overheat.
- Step 3: Dip each grape into the melted white chocolate, making sure to coat it evenly. Use a fork to lift the grape out and allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
- Step 4: Place the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Once all grapes are coated, refrigerate them for about 15-20 minutes until the chocolate sets.
- Step 5: In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the blue and purple candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Step 6: Remove the grapes from the refrigerator. Using a fork or a piping bag, drizzle the melted blue and purple candy melts over the white chocolate-coated grapes to create a galaxy effect.
- Step 7: If desired, sprinkle edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles over the drizzled grapes while the candy melts are still wet.
- Step 8: Return the decorated grapes to the refrigerator for another 10-15 minutes to allow the candy melts to set.
- Step 9: Once the candy coatings are firm, serve your Galaxy Candy Grapes on a platter and enjoy!
