Equipment

  • Large Pot

Method

  1. Step 1: In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  2. Step 2: Add the corn to the pot and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Step 4: While the seafood is cooking, melt the butter in a separate saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  5. Step 5: Stir in the Cajun seasoning, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Mix everything together well.
  6. Step 6: Once the seafood and potatoes are cooked, drain the pot, reserving a little liquid if desired for later use.
  7. Step 7: Pour the garlic butter mixture over the seafood and vegetables, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Step 8: Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley, and enjoy the delightful feast!
