Ingredients
Method
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups or dessert glasses to form an even layer. Set aside.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, dissolve the orange-flavored gelatin in boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Add cold water to the gelatin mixture and mix well. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar together until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined. Slowly add the cooled orange gelatin mixture to the cheesecake filling, folding gently until everything is blended.
- Step 4: Spoon the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust in each cup, filling them about 3/4 full. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Step 5: Before serving, top each cheesecake cup with whipped cream, orange slices, and a sprinkle of orange zest for garnish. Enjoy!
