Method
- Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions. Sauté until soft and slightly caramelized, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Step 2: In the same skillet, add the thinly sliced ribeye steak. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until browned, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
- Step 3: Lay out the slices of turkey or ham on a clean surface. Spread a layer of cream cheese over each slice.
- Step 4: Place a portion of the cooked steak and sautéed vegetables on top of the cream cheese.
- Step 5: Carefully roll each slice tightly, starting from one end, to form a roll-up. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
- Step 6: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the roll-ups in a baking dish and sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. You can also prepare them a day in advance and bake them just before serving.
