  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped pistachios for garnish
  • Extra powdered sugar for dusting

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and well combined.
