- Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
- Step 2: Place Mint Oreo cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush them into small pieces.
- Step 3: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and peppermint extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
- Step 4: Gently fold the crushed Mint Oreos into the melted white chocolate.
- Step 5: Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
- Step 6: Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top, if desired.
- Step 7: Chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour or until set.
- Step 8: Once set, remove from the refrigerator and break into pieces.
- Step 9: Serve immediately or store in an airtight container at room temperature.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. You can freeze it for up to 3 months.
