Method
 

  1. Step 1: Start by greasing a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Step 2: Next, cut the croissants into cubes and place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until everything is well combined.
  4. Step 4: Pour the egg mixture over the croissant cubes, making sure every piece is soaked.
