- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Step 3: Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
- Step 4: Portion out the dough and roll into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Step 5: Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden.
- Step 6: Let cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 7: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
