Ingredients
  

For the Sautéed Zucchini
  • 4 medium zucchinis sliced into rounds
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt to enhance flavors
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper for a little kick
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning optional
  • to taste fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Wash the zucchinis thoroughly and slice them into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Step 2: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Step 3: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.
  4. Step 4: Add the sliced zucchini to the skillet. Season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning (if using). Stir well to coat the zucchini with the oil and seasonings.
  5. Step 5: Cook the zucchini for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are tender and slightly golden.
  6. Step 6: Remove from heat, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
