- Step 1: Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
- Step 2: In the slow cooker, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.
- Step 3: Sprinkle in the ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
- Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
- Step 5: Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Step 6: If desired, fold in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries or raisins.
- Step 7: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared slow cooker or a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Step 8: Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Step 9: Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months.
