  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger For that warm ginger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon A classic spice that pairs perfectly.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg Adds a cozy, nutty depth.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves A little goes a long way for flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Balances the sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract A must for that warm aroma.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans optional; for added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins optional; for a touch of sweetness and color.

Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Method

  1. Step 1: Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
  2. Step 2: In the slow cooker, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle in the ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt. Mix thoroughly to ensure all the spices are evenly distributed.
  4. Step 4: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring every 30 minutes until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Step 5: Once melted, stir in the vanilla extract, mixing well.
  6. Step 6: If desired, fold in the chopped pecans and dried cranberries or raisins.
  7. Step 7: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared slow cooker or a lined baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  8. Step 8: Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  9. Step 9: Once set, cut the fudge into squares and enjoy!
