Method
- Step 1: Grease the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or line with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In your slow cooker, mix white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and molasses until well blended.
- Step 3: Set slow cooker to low heat, cover, and cook for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
- Step 4: If adding nuts, stir in chopped pecans or walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Step 5: Pour the fudge mixture into a prepared 8x8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Step 6: Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Step 7: Once firm, remove from the baking dish and cut into squares. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Can also be frozen for up to three months.
