  • 2 cups seedless grapes red or green
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice for tangy kick
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 teaspoon citric acid optional for tartness

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, combine granulated sugar, powdered sugar, and citric acid (if using). Mix well.
  3. Step 3: In a small saucepan, combine lemon juice and water. Heat over medium-low until warm.
  4. Step 4: Dip each grape into the warm lemon juice mixture, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Roll in the sugar mixture.
