Ingredients

For the Steak Kabobs
  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes juicy bursts of sweetness
  • 1/4 cup olive oil helps marinate the steak
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce brings a savory depth to the marinade
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce enhances the umami flavor
  • 2 cloves garlic minced for aromatic goodness
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper adds a bit of spice
  • 1 tsp salt essential for seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika gives a lovely smoky flavor

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Skewers

Method

  1. Step 1: In a bowl, mix together olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika. Add the cubed sirloin steak and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.
  2. Step 2: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Step 3: Thread the marinated steak, bell peppers, onion wedges, and cherry tomatoes onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables for a colorful presentation.
  4. Step 4: Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  5. Step 5: Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your delicious steak kabobs!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the kabobs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the grill or in the oven.
