Method
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and paprika.
- Step 2: Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight.
- Step 3: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill.
- Step 4: Thread the marinated beef, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion onto the skewers, alternating between the meat and vegetables.
- Step 5: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 6: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
- Step 7: Remove the kabobs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They should last for about 3-4 days. You can also freeze cooked kabobs for up to 3 months.
