  • 1 cup strawberry sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup strawberry-flavored crunch cereal for topping

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl

  • Electric Mixer

Method

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool.

  7. Step 7: Add the remaining cream cheese mixture and spread it evenly. Top with the remaining strawberries and strawberry sauce.
  8. Step 8: Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  9. Step 9: Before serving, sprinkle the strawberry-flavored crunch cereal on top for added texture.
  10. Step 10: Slice and serve chilled.
