- Step 1: Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Once it's al dente, drain it and rinse under cold water to cool it down.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, pepperoncini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and basil.
- Step 3: Drizzle the Italian dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine all the ingredients.
- Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste and give it another gentle toss!
- Step 5: For the best flavor, refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes before serving.
