Ingredients
  

For the Cajun Corn
  • 4 cups corn fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
  2. Step 2: Add the corn to the skillet and stir to coat it with the melted butter.
  3. Step 3: Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Step 4: Cook the corn mixture for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized.
  5. Step 5: Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftover Cajun corn can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, simply warm it in a skillet over medium heat until heated through.
