Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything is combined.
