- Step 1: In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, dissolve the jello in 2 cups of boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved. Add 2 cups of cold water and mix well. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
- Step 3: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers at the bottom.
- Step 4: Evenly spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Step 5: Layer half of the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
- Step 6: Place another layer of graham crackers over the berries.
- Step 7: Carefully pour half of the cooled jello mixture over the second layer of graham crackers, ensuring it covers evenly.
- Step 8: Repeat the cream cheese mixture, remaining berries, graham crackers, and pour the remaining jello on top.
- Step 9: Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jello is fully set.
